Industrial steel structure comprising of main structure, stairs, ladders, handrailing and durbar flooring. This structure supports air sifters, vibro feeders, conveyors and cyclones.

 

Precasting Yard – New Zealand

Tonnage – 130T Steel roof structure
Steel roof structure supported on walls and columns of precast concrete. 150m long, 50m span roof structure comprising portalised rafters and DHS cold rolled. Longitudinal stability provided by proprietary Reid bar bracing.

 

Grocontinental, Whitchurch

Main Contractor – Chalcroft Construction
Tonnage – 200T
A new 4000 square metre frozen foods warehouse involves  piled foundations, the construction of a suspended floor and the erection of steel framework to create a space that can hold up to 13,000 pallets.

 

Madeley Academy, Telford

Main Contractor – Bowmer & Kirkland
Tonnage – 650T
A £30 million state-of-the-art independent school. The steel structure comprises of a main core including turret, music wing, art wing, sports hall and theatre utilising curved sections and Westok beams.

Student and Residential Accommodation, Edward Street, Sheffield

Main Contractor – Clegg Group
Tonnage – 550T
This £15.5m design and build project provided nearly 420 student bedrooms and 32 residential apartments. The scheme also comprised shell units to the ground floor, a management suite, laundry and student leisure facilities – all within a 7 storey steel structure with the integration of parapet and eaves support steelwork using load bearing masonry.

Waterbeach – Cambridge

Main Contractor – BAM Nuttall
Tonnage – 1200T
A £42million recycling plant at the forefront of waste management in the UK. The structure consists of an external galvanised frame with internal composite cladding. The internal composite cladding will protect the external structure from the composting process. The facility also has a curved roof to improve its appearance.
